Grouse Mountain has always been one of the best destinations for year-round activities and entertainment. But now, with the launch of the Mountain Ropes Adventure™ on Saturday (August 11), visitors to the North Shore hot spot can take their fun to all new, well, heights!

Guests can explore the forest from high among the trees as they embark on a mountaintop journey. The series of four aerial ropes courses, with varying degrees of difficulty, include suspended bridges, ziplines, ladders, and nets.

Mountain Ropes Adventure is open to anyone aged eight years-old and above—and looking for the thrill of letting their inner child run free! For those who are ready to take on the challenge, no previous experience is required. Participants will be briefed by trained staff prior to starting the activity and supplied with all the necessary safety equipment including climbing harnesses and helmets.

While booking is recommended, an intake of 15 adventurers takes place every 20 minutes and walk-ins will be accepted. Whether you take part on your own or as part of a group, you are sure to have a great time as you balance, jump, climb, swing, and zip your way to the finish.

Starting September, the little ones will also be able to take part with the launch of the Kids Tree Canopy Adventure™ for children aged three to eight years-old. It is a fully contained area consisting of treehouses, slides, and ground games. There is an adjacent supervision area so that parents can keep watch and perhaps learn the ropes before they take part on the big kids’ course themselves!
